SWPRE Philanthropy gifts 10% of SWPRE revenues to any SWPRE Preferred Nonprofit.
SWPRE’s philanthropic focus is disruption in life sciences, bio-tech, bio-pharma, medical education and health care to improve quality of care, community health and reduce costs. SWPRE Philanthropy has designated several entities demonstrating leadership in these segments as Preferred Nonprofits. Preferred Nonprofits include:
- Medical Schools
- Nonprofit Incubators/Accelerators
- University Health Science Centers
Gifting at Client Direction
Gifting specifics are at our client’s discretion. We recommend gifting restricted to research initiatives that resonate with our clients and their families or need based scholarships.
Gift Matching by All Parties
Gift matching is strongly encouraged by all parties to our real estate transactions, but matching is not required for the SWPRE Philanthropy gift of 10% of SWPRE revenues.
